2025 Rates (subject to change):

• 30AMP RV/Tent sites: $68/night

• 50AMP RV/Tent sites: $78/night

• Class A and RV with 3 A/C units: $93/night

• Brand New Cottages: $200/night plus $50 cleaning fee for 2 adults and site fee is included, Max: 4 adults, for an additional adult $30/night

*To make the reservations for the rental RVs and our brand new cottages, please contact Vincent via Facebook Messenger or text to (207)835-1998.  We are currently in Asia.  These two channels are the only ways to contact us.

• Weekly Discount: Pay 6 nights and get 7th night free

• All rates are subject to 9% Maine State Lodging Tax *https://www.maine.gov/revenue/taxes/sales-use-service-provider-tax/rates-due-dates

Policy Highlights:

• One sleeping Tent/RV per site with a maximum occupancy: 3 adults 3 children

• Each site comes with 2 adults and 2 children for the price above

• Additional Adult (total maximum of 3 adults per site): $25/night

• Additional Child (2 children are included in site price-total maximum of 4 children per site): $8 per child (age 3-17)/night

• Children under 3: Free

• Dog fee: None

• Extra vehicle parking: Free

• Cancellation Policy: 

1. Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date: Cancellation Fee: $50 per site.  Cancellation between 7-14 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund + $50 cancellation fee per site.  Cancellation within 7 days from arrival date, no refund.  Please don't make a reservation if you just want to hold a site while shopping around.

2. “No-shows” will be considered as forfeit of the reservation.  No refund will be issued.

3. No refund on Holiday cancellations.
